Spinach pasta!

Spinach pasta is beautiful and delicious!

The recipe for pasta is 1 egg to 100 grams of flour (a acant 2/3 cup).
If you are making spinach pasta, you will need to add more flour because of the moisture content of the spinach.

Leftover pasta dries nicely and can be stored for future use.  I store in an open bin in my cupboard to keep the pasta dry.
